for your week.

Generic training plans assume you never travel, never get sick and never have a Tuesday from hell. Yours adapts — with paces set for your current fitness, not someone else's.

The programs

Four plans, each written around your life

Same principles, different distances. What changes is your starting fitness and how many days you can actually run.

How it works

Paces for you, a plan that bends

A PDF plan can't see that you slept four hours or that it's 95 degrees. A coach can.

Free intro call

Twenty minutes on your running history, your goal and how many days you can realistically run.

A plan with your paces

Paces calculated from a recent effort, not from a generic table.

Weekly check-in

How the runs felt, what got missed, and what changes next week.

Form and strength

A short video review and a routine that fits around the running.

How we work

A coach, not a PDF plan

Free training plans are everywhere and most of them are fine — for a runner who never misses a week, never travels and matches the fitness the plan assumes.

Avyyro writes the plan around your week and rewrites it when the week goes sideways. Easy days stay easy, hard days have a purpose, and missing three runs doesn't mean starting over.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

I'm slow. Is coaching a waste?

No. Most clients aren't fast, and pace has nothing to do with whether structure helps. Easy running is supposed to feel easy at any speed.

Do I need a GPS watch?

It helps, but a phone works. We can coach by time and effort instead of pace if you'd rather not stare at numbers.

What if I get injured?

We're coaches, not clinicians. For pain or injury, see a physician or physical therapist; once you have their guidance we'll adjust the plan around it.

Can you guarantee a finish time?

No. We'll give you an honest estimate based on your training, and a pacing plan. Race day has too many variables for promises.

I can only run three days a week.

That's a perfectly good plan. Plenty of people run half marathons on three days. We'll make those three count.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for.

What are you training for?

Twenty minutes on your goal, your history and a realistic plan to get there. Free.
